libqglviewer2 software package provides OpenGL 3D viewer library based on Qt - runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqglviewer2
libqglviewer2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqglviewer2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqglviewer2 *
You will get with libqglviewer2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
